✅Chat and Messages in the Employee Portal

Why conversations are important

Your feedback in surveys plays an important role in improving the workplace. Sometimes, a manager or administrator may need to better understand a comment you have written. In that case, they can send you a message through Conversations.

If the survey was anonymous, you will remain anonymous when you reply. Even if you exchange several messages, your manager will never be able to see who you are.

How to find Messages in the Employee Portal

  1. Log in at Woba.dk or use the Woba app on your mobile device.

  2. Select “Messages” from the menu.

Messages overview

When you open Messages, you will see two tabs:

All – shows all conversations started by a manager or administrator, even if you have not replied yet.

Messages – shows only the conversation threads where you have written a reply.

When you open a message, you can see:

  • The comment your manager is responding to

  • Which survey the comment relates to

  • Whether your original comment was anonymous, and therefore whether your replies are also anonymous

Every time you receive a new message, you will receive an email notification from Woba. You can then log in to read and reply to the message.

Reminder about anonymity: If you reply to an anonymous comment, there is no way for your manager to identify who you are. Your identity remains completely anonymous throughout the entire conversation.
