Why Actions Are Important
Action plans are created to turn survey results into real improvements in the workplace. They ensure that feedback doesn’t stop with the survey but leads to concrete initiatives that help create a better work environment.
The Actions module in Woba’s Employee Portal is where you can view all the action plans you’re involved in. It helps you keep track of what’s being done, what your role is, and how you contribute to improving the workplace.
In this article, we’ll guide you through how to find the Actions module, what you can see there, and how to use it.
How to Find Actions in the Employee Portal
Log in to Woba.dk or use the Woba app on your mobile device (see how here).
Select "Actions" from the menu.
Actions Overview
In Actions, you’ll find all the action plans that an administrator has created and assigned to you, either as the person responsible or as an involved person. What these roles mean may vary from company to company, so if you’re unsure about your role, we recommend contacting the person who created the action plan.
There are three tabs in the module:
All – Shows all actions assigned to you, regardless of their status.
In Progress – Shows all actions that are still ongoing and have not yet been marked as completed.
Completed – Shows actions that have been marked as completed by an administrator.
Action Plan Details
Actions are linked to specific surveys that your company has completed. To learn more about an action, click "View →" next to it. This opens the action plan details, where you can see:
Which survey the action relates to
Who is responsible and who is involved
The deadline
A description of the challenge and the plan for addressing it
In some cases, the administrator may also have attached documents, which you’ll find under Attachments.
Tip: If you have any questions about an action plan, you can always contact your manager or the person who created the plan.
