How to use Whistleblower as an employee

  1. Log in to the Employee Portal or the Woba mobile app.

  2. Select Whistleblower from the menu.

  3. Click Next.

  4. Enter a personal PIN code that you will use to access the Whistleblower page in the future.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. You are now on the Whistleblower page, where you can submit new reports and view your previous reports.

Note: Resetting the PIN code for the Whistleblower page can only be done by writing to [email protected]. Therefore, it is important to choose a personal PIN code that you will remember.

Is my report anonymous?

Yes. Every report is 100% anonymous, and there is no way to track or identify who submitted a report.

To ensure anonymity, Woba uses end-to-end encryption, PIN code protected access, removal of metadata and no IP address tracking
