What is filtering?
With Filtering, you can customize which data is displayed in Survey Insights.
You can, among other things, filter the results by survey, department, categories, questions, and various employee information. This makes it possible to examine specific groups and identify differences, patterns, and focus areas in the results.
How to use filters
Go to Insights in Woba Suite
Select the survey you want to work with
Click All Filters at the top of the page
Select the filter you want to use
Select the relevant filter options
Click Apply filters
The results will now be updated based on the selected filters.
💡 Tip: You can use the search fields to quickly find a specific filter or filter option.

💡 Tip: Which filters you can see and use depends, among other things, on your data and your access rights. Advanced filtering may be a separate administrator permission.
Combine multiple filters
You can combine multiple filters if you want to examine a more specific group.
For example, you can combine Department, Age Group, and Job Level to only see results from employees who match the selected criteria.
Click + Add group if you want to create multiple groups in your filtering.
Filtering settings
At the bottom of the filter menu, you will find additional settings, including:
Include sub-departments in score
Use latest response
Use Include sub-departments in score if results from sub-departments should be included in the calculation for the selected department.
Important: Results are only displayed when there are enough responses to comply with the anonymity threshold for the survey.
