How does the Survey Planner work?
The Survey Planner is where you create and schedule your surveys in Woba.
Here, you can work with your survey templates, choose from Woba’s existing templates, and schedule when a survey should be conducted.
How to find the Survey Planner
Log in to Woba Suite
Select Survey Planner from the menu on the left
From here, you can work with Templates and Calendar
What can I find in the Survey Planner?
The Survey Planner consists of two main areas:
Templates
Templates
Under Templates, you can find your existing survey templates.
From here, you can create a new survey template and choose whether you want to use one of Woba’s existing templates as a starting point or create your own.
The template forms the basis for the survey that you can subsequently schedule.
Calendar
Calendar
Under Calendar, you can get an overview of your scheduled surveys and create new survey plans.
When scheduling a survey, you select, among other things:
Which survey template to use
When the survey should start and end
Start and end time
Whether the survey should be conducted once, always be open, or follow a custom schedule
You can also customize the survey further through the advanced settings.
From template to scheduled survey
The process can be briefly summarized in three steps:
1. Select or create a template
Find an existing survey template, choose one of Woba’s templates, or create your own.
2. Schedule the survey
Select the template and specify when and how the survey should be conducted.
3. Complete the setup
Continue setting up the survey and review the settings before it is scheduled.
💡 Tip: Start by selecting or creating the survey template you want to use. The template can then be used when scheduling the survey.
