How to find survey templates
Log in to Woba Suite
Select Survey Planner from the menu on the left
Go to Templates
Click Create a new survey template
From here, you can choose how you want to create your survey.
Choose a Woba template
Woba offers a range of ready-made survey templates that you can use as a starting point for your survey.
You can, among other things, find recommended templates and filter between different types of surveys.
Find the template you want to use
Click Use template
The template opens in Survey Designer
Customize the survey to suit your needs
💡 Tip: A Woba template is a good starting point if you want to get started quickly while also using Woba’s standardized questions.
Create your own survey template
If you want to build the survey yourself, you can select Create your own.
An empty survey template will then be created, which you can build yourself.
You can, among other things:
Change the template name
Add Woba questions
Create custom questions
Create and edit categories
Activate or deactivate questions
Change the order of questions and categories
Add questions to the survey
Click Add new question to open the Question Bank.
Here, you can choose between:
Woba questions – existing Woba questions that you can add to the survey
Custom questions – questions created specifically for your organization
You can search for relevant categories or questions and select the ones you want to include.
You can also select Create custom if you want to create a new question yourself.
Customize your survey
Once the questions have been added, you can structure the survey to suit your needs.
In Survey Designer, you can work with categories, questions, order, and which questions should be active in the survey.
If you use Woba’s standardized questions, some questions may be locked to preserve, among other things, benchmarking and comparability.
💡 Tip: Use Woba’s existing questions whenever possible if they cover your needs. This gives you a better opportunity to work with benchmarks and track development over time.
Preview and test your survey
When you have finished designing the survey, click Next and continue to Preview and test.
Here, you can review the survey as employees will experience it and check that the questions, order, and setup are correct.
Your responses during the preview are not saved as actual responses.
Always test the entire survey at least once before using the template for a scheduled survey.
